From a command ID, how can I find and hide/remove the submenu where the ID resides?

Thanks,
Frank

Hi,

Most easy way is to assign some Id for this submenu.
In resource Editor set its id after \t :

"Menu\t200"
now you can add Update handler for Id = 200 and hide it.

Thanks Oleg.

Is the "Menu" in the Caption field instead of ID field, as the ID field is disenabled for a submenu name?

If type "Menu\t200" in the Caption field then the "200" will become the shortcut key of Menu.

Could you please explain a little more about this method?

Thanks,
Frank
