I could not get neither the font face nor the size changed in the richtextbox when the user tries to do so by making a selection from the Ribbon bar.

Could someone help me in this regard.

Got it resolved by using the following code

XtremeCommandBars.CommandBarComboBox myCombo = eventArgs.control as XtremeCommandBars.CommandBarComboBox;
