In the CommandBars and CommandBarsFrame, the skinning of CheckBox and ComboBox works different for Office2007-Style:
CommandBar: the Checkbox is ok, the ComboBox not:
 The ComboBox has a blue background, it should be white, because it's not recognized as ComboBox.
The CommandBar is used in the MainForm.
CommandBarsFrame: the Checkbox is not ok, but the ComboBox:
 The CheckBox has still Office2003-Style.
 The ComboBox is shown correct.
The CommandBarsFrame is used in a dialog-form.
