If i change the Office2007Images at runtime to ...\Styles\Office2007Black.dll of example, everything will be painted into the correct color but the backround of the ribbon tabs.

In this sample you can try ot if you click onto View \ Styles \ Black.

Add

CommandBars.PaintManager.RefreshMetrics
CommandBars.RecalcLayout

like our sample.
