Is there a way to make a menu bar unmoveable? I want to keep it docked to the top of a UserControl...

CommandBars.ActiveMenuBar.EnableDocking xtpFlagStretched

You can also hide the gripper, so that they'll know it's unmovable.
"Commandbarname.showgripper = false"
