This is a very basic and simple curiosity question;

Regarding the value defined for WM_XTP_CONTROLS_BASE (WM_USER + 9000), I was wondering if the addition of 9000 was an arbitrary addition.  That is, is the 9000 meaningful or could it be any other value ?

Thanks

Joff.

Hi,
We use it for toolkit messages.

So just try not use WM_USER + 9000 to WM_USER + 10000 messages in your application for your own messages.
