An assertion is being tripped but there's no suggestion why

In xtpdockstate.cpp

CXTPCommandBar::GenerateCommandBarList

else ASSERT(m_nBarID != 0); // line 1295 in my 12.0 code

Why would the ID be zero?

Hi,

Call pToolBar->SetBarID(id) to assign some Id.
