Hi all,

I want to have in one of my "views" of the splitterwindow a toolbar. So I used a derived class of CXTPFrameWnd (so I could use InitCommandBars & GetCommandBars ).

The strange thing is that "view" 1 is displayed twice?!

------------------------------------------------
        View1 (CView)          ;           ;
------------------------------------------------
View2 (CXTPFrameWnd with a toolbar)
------------------------------------------------
View1 (CView) ????         &n bsp;
------------------------------------------------

The splitter has only 2 rows, so I have no idea how/why the second View1 is displayed.

If anyone knows a different approach to add a toolbar in a splitter "view" that would also be great.

Thanks...

If you don't want docking/moving toolbars, you can use simple toolbar without CommandBars.

see Samples\Common\Advanced\HeroesView.cpp.
