Hi,

the DockingPane creates tabs for each open window with MDIChild=True.
Is there a way to prevent that the user can switch between all open
windows (using the tabs) when certain windows are open? I can't open
these windows vbModal. When I disable the other windows the tabs
behave strange. The focus of the tab stays on the current window, but
not the focus of the window itself (so the wrong tab is highlighted).
I just need to disable the tabs.

We are using version 9.80

Thanks,
Stefan

Hi,

(The first version I know is V11.2)

There is an option with Panes which allow you to set some actions...
I don't know if your version support the property:

Pane.Enabled ?

Anyway, there are four options possible:
  1. PaneDisabled
  2. PaneEnableActions
  3. PaneEnableClient
  4. PaneEnabled
You can choose the pane which you want to enable or enable only contents.

Maybe it will help you (or not)

I think this belongs to the CommandBars.TabWorkspace, so I'm in the
wrong place here. Anyway: The TabWorksapce has nothing like an
Enabled-property and Selected is ReadOlny!!!
The most common an simplest things seem to be not possible with
these CodeJock-controls. This is not my first problem of this kind

Hi,

If this is not about DockingPanes, you are right. You better post this in commandbars. Good luck
