I follow the sample CommandBars.scribble.exe to add multi-language support into app, the popup menus are translated but the main menu is not translated. I use the resourceeditor to create resource of another language.

Another problem is: if the program changes it seems that i have to use the resourceeditor to translate everything again. Is there anyway i just need to translate the new and modified strings?
