Is there a size limit in InnerHTML property ?
 
I've try string with 1000 char and all is OK, but with 2800 not....

This seems to be an issue when you have IE 6 installed.  See the following thread for more info:

I've IE7 v. 7.0.5730.11.
 
I've just done a workaround:
 
Call CreateTempFile(App.Path & "\temp.html", << long text >>, True)
Web.Navigate App.Path & "\temp.html"
 
Hope in a patch in 12.0
