Hi,

I was looking for the themes in a similar TaskPanel control from other competitors , and I was amazed to say the least, but I really like Codejock Software/OlegSupport, so my question is,  is it possible do add more built-in themes to the taskPanel ? For example, there is only one nice theme  that I can use with a Office 2007 Application.

Regards, and continue the excelent work.

And since I got time to post, I have another question, when will be 12 ?

Hi Oleg,

Yes I did, I know all the stuff Codejock can offer

In this examples this are a just a few builtin themes from a .NET competitor.

All of the themes, or most of them, work well with a Office 2007 application.

Regards

Hi,

Check sources of TaskPanel\XTPTaskPanelPaintManager.cpp  file.  All parts of TaskPanel we draw in СXTPTaskPanelPaintManager class. You can override it and draw TaskPanel as you need. All methods are virtual so you can override some and replace with  own code. Each theme from your screenshot can be implemented this way.

Tkx olege,

I know that, but it I take too many  time to do it well.

I was hopping that yourt next  major version...could...ok..

Altought It would be nice to have some kind of place in this site to add our themes and skins or even code related to XTP, so we can exchange or use it, I can put my own themes and use others as well, this way  I don't have to be a guru in UI and C++ at the same time.

Regards

I agree with the post above. Handwriting a new theme takes too long. I would also like to have a place where i can find custom themes for my task panel.

The default collection of themes is nice, but why isn't the theme of Windows Media Center Edition available?

Regards,

Bob
