office 2003 look

   I'm using the office 2003 look.
The toolbars and menu bars are fine, but the pane I was added don't get the office 2003 look (when the pane is selection its caption bar should be selected with office 2003 look [in my computer it should become orange])

Any suggestions ?
Is it possible to make the office 2003 look affect the docking panes ?
