Hello,
Our company has several vb6 applications and we are planning to use your skin framework control. The majority of our applications have an mdimain form but several others do not. Our applications also use third party Sheridan controls (dbcombo, frames, tabcontrol, buttons.. etc) and we are currently having two problems. 1. The major problem I'm having is with our projects that don't have an mdimain form container. If the form contains one of the third party controls and that control has focus when you switch to another form then back no keys work. You can't type anything... can not press Tab... nothing.... until you click on another non sheridan control. This only happens if the control with focus is not one of your listed non-standard Windows Class names. I tried this same process on other projects we have that use an mdimain container and it works fine. Can you please help.... this is a huge issue for us. 2. I can't seem to skin the sheridan dbcombo box. I followed your documentation and tried mapping the windows class but it didn't work. I tried skincontrol.AddWindowClass "AfxOleControl42", "ComboBox" .... also tried sknCtrl.AddWindowClass "AfxOleControl42", "Edit" but the control still would not skin. Thanks, Mike |
