I'm currently about to start a new development project where I need code editing but the
functionality SyntaxEdit currently offers do not last !

So I wanted to ask if there are any enhancements planned in the near future ?

Thanks

What special do you need for your task? Others successfully use our syntax edit control for same purpose...

Hi Mark,

let me refer to thread http://forum.codejock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=9697 !
For my project I need the following features:

- possibility to edit language definitions at runtime by code
- Triggers ( http://www.actiprosoftware.com/Products/DotNet/WindowsForms/SyntaxEditor/Triggers.aspx )

The links shows these features of the Actipro SyntaxEditor - the alternative solution for my project ...

Thanks

Add to the wish list...

How about adding a CloseFile() method to eliminate the "Access Denied" errors by other processes that need to work on the edited and saved file without forcing a shutdown of your app.

Thanks,
