I have just started an evaluation of the CodeJock Suite. It appears that their is no mult column editable grid, although the property grid appears to give all the functionally required for such a product (short of multi columns)

The product we are looking at producting will be created over the next 6 - 12 months,

Is there any chance of this sort of feature/product being added to the suite over this time frame?

We prefer a single vendor solution rather than mixing to many components from many vendors. The codejock suite appears a great match overall.

Does CodeJock have any sort of published product plan/roadmap?

Thanks

The new ReportControl that was just released with version 9.00 doesn't currently have in-cell editing capabilities but does provide the core functionality for a nice grid control.  My hunch is that this is something they will add in a follow-up release.  I'd send them an e-mail to let them know this is a feature that will help make your decision to go with the Codejock controls.

If you need an immediate solution for a grid control, the itGrid published by it-Partners is an excellent control.  You can visit their website here:  http://www.it-partners.com/home.asp

In-cell editing and much more have been added to the latest verion of the ReportControl.  Download the latest version and check out the ReportSample.  If you select Report Control->Test->Task List when you run the sample you will see a sample of  in-cell editing
