In my SDI-based app, I have a button that calls a child dialog that has its own menu. But when I activate the skin, the menu disappear! Is this a known bug, is there a workaround or a bugfix? Here is the sample app. Run it without skin first, then try uncommenting the LoadSkin function in CMainFrame::CMainFrame(). You'll see the menu disappear in the child dialog.
Any ideas?
Thanks. |

Hi, Unfortunatelly SkinFramework doesn't support application menus now. Its added for 12.1 release - you can download it from beta.codejock.com and check.

I see. Do you have any timeframe when the 12.1 will be non-beta? Thanks. |

Hi,
I had a similar problem (MDI-application, menu in child dialog). I solved it by using a CXTPCommandBar-menu. BTW, there's also a Codejock sample. |

I am having the exact same problem. Is the problem fixed in 12.1 or not? Telling a PAYING customer to download something and check themselves is absolutely unacceptable. XP, CJ v12.0.0, C++ |
