MDI tiling, cascading with ribbon bar

   In my application and in some test apps, it seems as if the response to the command ID_WINDOW_TILE_VERT or ID_WINDOW_TILE_HORZ does not work if I call EnableOffice2007Frame() from my OnCreate handler for my CMDIChildWnd derived class.  I can step through the code and see the hook that is set for the window call the default window proc for the window, but it just seems to do nothing.  (Down in the guts of MFC the ID_WINDOW_TILE_VERT, etc. is translated into the appropriate WM_MDIXXX message that gets sent to the MDICLIENT window).

Any ideas?
