Load Times - .xcb file, Xml, loadstate or Code

   We have been kicking this question around office for awhile. What is the fastest way to load a toolbar when opening a form?
We are looking at different load times with all the CJ tools. Right now we are creating all our toolbars by code. We are wondering if there is an optimal way of getting all these controls onto the screen.
