We are finding that icons on command bar menus on seperate forms are being altered during runtime outside of our code. It seems as if there is a global icon cache for all the command bars and the icons get over written if you reuse index/tag properties. The biggest issue we have regarding this problem is that menu items with no icons get given icons depending on whether other command bars are shown or not. We are using vb imagelists and 9.70. |

Hello, Yes, by default icons are shared between all instances. Change property UseSharedImageList. |

Thanks As this default setting can lead to undefined behaviour (if you do not know about it) perhaps it should be defaulted to false ?
