how to rearange rows

   I am trying to change the order of rows in a report.
I am trying this code, but do not know how to re-insert a record previously removed. What is the difference between a record and a row?

	CXTPReportRecordItem* pItem = m_wndReportCtrl.GetFocusedRecordItem();
	CXTPReportRecord* pRec = pItem->GetRecord();
	m_wndReportCtrl.RemoveRecordEx(pRec);
	m_wndReportCtrl.InsertRow(6, pRec);
