How to mimic the Office 2010 File menu

Hi,
 
I try to reproduce the Office 2010 style (using RibbonBar).
Images below shows the Word 2010 File and Home menus:
 
FILE menu (Word2010)
 
HOME menu (Word2010)
 
 
In Office 2010, aspect for colors, gradient and item selector are different from File to Home menus. 
 
I have try to replicate above File menu, and I get a little result (as below) but some elements I'm not able to reproduce :
FILE menu (RibbonBar v.13.4.0)
 
HOME menu (RibbonBar v.13.4.0)
 
Now, I wanna replicate the 2010 File menu appearance:
change the item selector style (color, gradient,...) for File menu items only.
 
Unfortunately I don't have found properties or methods in CommandBars control which can help me for this.
There are anything that can help me?

Hi,
you'll have to wait for 14.0 next month. It's not supported in 13.4.
