How to hide/close and show a toolbar...

   Is it posible to close a Toolbar... 

I have by code created some toolbars (commandbars) , but how can I by code hide and show a toolbar. The only thing I know about the toolbar is the Caption, how can I get a refence to the toolbar and make it visible =TRUE/FALSE.
