how to get rid of distortion of icons wi RibbonBar

   during the development of our software we bumped with disgusting distortion of icons located in png files. the both of types is 32x32 and 16x16 as the default.please, check some screenshots below:

any ideas, how to avoid this distort effect?
have to notify this problem appearing not on every PC we tried with. especially most of laptops showing the distortion, instead of office PCs.
