Thanks for you answer.
RibbonBar.AllowQuickAccessCustomization = False can only hide the "More commands" menu.
Is it possible to hide the dropdown button?
Or can I customize the caption of the menu with none English language?

This hides the dropdown menu:
RibbonBar.ControlQuickAccess.Visible = False
