You might have to contact Codejock to obtain the correct DLL. I
only see support for about 5 languages with the Eval. I'm not
sure, but this might be something that was installed with Visual
Studio. You might need to add support for other lanuguages from
the Visual Studio Cd.

The current version includes multi-language support, including
Chinese. You can download the current version and look at the
multilanguage sample and the multi-language scribble sample.
