When Mouse move over the CommandBar (The form isn't top), the CommandBar's button can not show highlight. (the system's Toolbars can show highlight.)

its not right. Office/Visual Studio products don't do it.

Hi,
And I don't blame them, this is nonsense of the first degree.
And if you build something like that, make it right and not as some programs, highlight only menu and some of the controls... It's all or nothing and I believe nothing is the best way
