Hi,

I need to use the browse button on the edit listbox for another dialog and no for the files/folders dialog.

How can i handle it?

I've inherited my own edlt list box, and added a BN_CLICKED notification handler for XT_IDC_BTN_BROWSE. didn't work.

HELP!

Regards,
Moshe Y.

Ok, i succeeded but in an ugly way - from the WM_LBUTTONUP handler of the edit list box i took the mouse position and asked wether the window from that position has the id of the button...

Is there a better way?

Regards,
Moshe Y.

Hello,

You can derive a class from CXTEditListBox and make EditListItem virtual.  Once you have done that you can define your own CXTITemEdit derived object to handle this event.

Cheers,
