Icon Bug?

   The documentation for the report control states 

"If Icons are in an ImageList:  This value corresponds to an icon in the ImageList at the index specified by the Icon property.  The index of an ImageList must start at 1 and increments by 1 for each additional icon."

My testing indicates that you must use zero as the index for the first image of an MS ImageList control. This inconsistent with your documenation and the MS standard. Can you please confirm this is a bug?
