I'm just trying to add a caption button to all windows.  I followed the example docking containers.

m_arrCaptionButtons.Add(new CXTPDockingPaneCaptionButton(IDB_BITMAP, this)

My problem is that I can't get an image to show up.  I've got a button theyre, I have an event handling for it, everything done.  I just can't get my bitmap image to show up on the caption bar?  A box is there when i hover mouse on and click and stuff.  But no image.

You must draw it manually in

CDockingPanePaintManager::DrawCaptionButton
