I need to show a tooltip while the user move the mouse over the empty area of a toolbar.
I just want give the user a quick hint that he can unhide other hidden toolbars by a right-click context menu.
But i cant find a tooltip property for the toolbar himself, only for toolbar controls.

Does anyone know how to do?
