Change blue colour of Ribbon File menu

Hello, 
is it possible to change the colour of the Ribbon's File menu button (which is blue by default) into something else? I did not find a specific member function for setting this colour, so I was wondering if this is possible? I want to use it to give different applications in our tool suite each their own specific colour (as is done in the MS Office Suite).
