 my how to change the color of the tabs if I had inherited from 
CXTPDockingPaneOffice2007Theme and the constructor called 
m_pPanelPaintManager-> SetAppearance 
(xtpTabAppearancePropertyPage2007);

need to change the color of the tabs when it is selected.
