- Generate a throbber (http://www.codeproject.com/KB/cs/mrg_loadingcircle.aspx)
- Add the sequence as a resource, call SetIcons()
- WM_TIMER to change the images

How would we implement a Dynamic Gallery Control so that it could dynamically load thumbnails like in Office 2007 when download ClipArt.  Each icon would need to show an animated hour glass and then once the thumbnail is downloaded it could show it.  The reason for this is there could be 1,000's of thumbnails and this would take too long to download
