Tooltip disappeared in form with docking panes.

   I have a form in wich i have put several panes (seven). In each pane i have put a picturebox as a container for various controls (basically they are grids, property grid and msflexgrid).
Now, the issue is that all the tooltips in the form are disappeared: i have tooltips in the toolbar (the one which came with vb), textbox, TrueDBGrid, etc. I have already tried with the CreateTooltipEx api, but nothing appear.

If I remove the panes and leave the various picture box, the tooltips are shown.

Any help ?

	Is the question not clear enough ? I'm the only one who experienced this behaviour ? Any hints ?
