I know what I would call it
I would really like to see:
a Contour Plot, including interpolation.
a Vector Plot, plotting secondary data as vectors or circles at points.
a 3D Surface Plot

If the boys (and girls?) At Codejock do this then I and my users will be in Hog Heaven! I would pay extra for some of these charts... Of course I demand blinding performance, immediate everything and no CPU load and support for several zillion 3D points and more...
