After playing around with the CXTPTaskbarManagerJumpList class I find that the following two methods should be added:
void SetAppID(LPCWSTR lpszAppID)
void AppendKnownCategory(UINT uiCategory)
First the a specific AppID must be set. And if the AppendKnownCategory is NOT called the Recent list is not shown.
Please take a look at the class and make it more flexible.
