in sample tooltip.xaml there are follow attribute in border.
xmlns='http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml/presentation'
xmlns:x='http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml'

Must i add this ?
What does this do ?

	Hi, Sample just had them to allow run in browser to see how Microsoft render same markup. You don't need them for our implementation.
