If you load the MDI ribbon sample you can see a problem with theming of the tootips drawn for the min/max/close buttons.
1. Run the MDI ribbon sample
2. Hover the cursor over the Close button on the MTIClientWnd... shows a "Close" tooltip in the correct theme:
![]() 3. BUT, if you hover the cursor over one of the MDI window min/max/close buttons then it uses the incorrect system theme (yellow tooltip)
![]() There must be an incorrect paint manager somewhere, but I don't know where..... Any ideas? This bug is present in 13.0.0 as well as 13.1.0.

I believe I've posted about this before, and Oleg said the tooltip comes from Windows and cannot be altered. Oleg? |

An application hook should work as a workaround...
