Doesn't work under Windows 2000, says uxtheme.dll is missing.

5 Source fix Customize dialog did not use themed background in tabs.
6 Source fix Intelligent menus did not expand when user left mouse over submenu caption.
7 New feature Control items can be shown as button, as is or hidden when a bar is placed vertically.
8 Source fix TabToolbar paint update on appearance set related changes.
9 Source fix User could not use left / right navigation keys when a submenu was shown in a menu command bar.
