Bug can be reproduced with Stylerbrowser sample:
- Enable option "Restore window position" under Tools - Styler options menu.
- Maximize window and end close Stylerbrowser.
- Start Stylerbrowser again, and a 4 pixels wide frame is not painted correctly.
Is there anything I can do to fix this in my application ?

I'm using 10.4.2
When maximizing the app the WNDPLACEMENT contains 0,0,1600,1200, but when debugging a maximized app using office2007 frame its size is -4,-4,1604,1204 or something. Seems to me that when I restore the windowsize by using SetWindowPlacement on startup I dont get the correct -4.
Could it be hw driver releated ?

When maximizing the app and saving the WNDPLACEMENT when app close, it contains 0,0,1600,1200.
