Cant resize child propertysheet by resizing dialog

   I have a propertysheet embedded in a dialog along with other child windows (buttons, etc.) and I want to resize everything, including the property pages, when the dialog is resized. I cannot make this happen. I have beaten this around for 2 days and there are 2 problems:

1. The property sheet makes its own thick border and has its own resizing handle. I only want the dialog's resizing handle.

2. I want the property sheet to resize with the dialog, not by using the sheet's resizing handle (which I do not even want to see).

I derived the dialog, sheet, and pages from CXTResizeDialog, CXTResizePropertySheet, and CXTResizePropertyPage. The property sheet uses a static control as a placeholder in the dialog.

How can I get the behavior I want?
