I don't know how to use the chinese resource?

    Version:Xtreme Toolkit Pro v9.60
 When i use the XTP9601Lib.dll in my project.The UI show the english string.But i want to show the chinese string in the toolbar's custom button.I don't know how to.How to make the XTP9601Lib.dll localization or compile the chinese resource.
