Large toolbar icons with 256 colors

   How do I create a toolbar that has 256 colors ?
The toolbar editor in VS.NET 2003 seems to allow only 16 colors. In the Xtreme toolkit samples there are toolbar resources that are more than 16 colors. How can I do the same ?

	I found out how. But why oh why can't we use 256 colors images while in toolbar editor mode !?!?

	Ask Microsoft. It doesn't support it. We just replace bitmaps _after_ create all buttons.
