Will the Windows shell controls for displaying explorer list and tree available in v12 of the ActiveX suite ?

Has anyone rebuilt Windows Explorer controls ( Folderview and Fileview) with CodeJock controls ( Treeview and Reportcontrol ) ?

I´m looking for a solution done in VB.net or VB6 ...
