CTreeCtrl flicker in DockingPane in SDI

   Hi All,
A CTreeCtrl in a DockingPane in an SDI app flickers horribly.  To see this, replace the XCTTreeCtrl with a CTreeCtrl in MainFrm.h in the PaneOptions example.  (Note: The WS_CLIPCHILDREN and WS_CLIPSIBLINGS flags are set properly.)
Can some suggest a fix/workaround other than using CXTTreeCtrl/View (which won't work for me due to a bug in CXTTreeCtrl/View--see my previsou post titled "Bug in CXTTreeCtrl/View?").
