Cannot inherit from the XTP classes

   Hi
I am trying to add some functionalities to the kbd customization page.
I cannot inherit properly from the CXTPCustomizeKeyboardPage (or any class with the same problem) because all the members and class functions (including OnInitDialog) were declared PRIVATE (and not protected).

	Change it in XTPCustomizeKeyboardPage.h. In next version we will change it too.
