I have searched the forums up and down and cannot find what I am looking for. I am looking for an example of how to have a color and text above multiple tabs to highlight them. I have looked at all the CommandBars Samples that come with 11.2.2 and I cannot find it anywhere. Does anyone know?

You mean ribbon contextual tabs? If so, the VB6 Ribbon sample shows how.

VB.NET sample shows how as well, click on Insert tab, then click on chart button. You will see contextual tabs added.
