After I upgrade the CommandBars to 11.1.0 I get an error that says "The data is invalid" when I right-click and select Edit.

Is there a way to recover my designer info? I tried to reload the .xcb, but that has no effect.

Please run CommandBars designer from start menu once - it will register self. If you use Vista run it as Administrator.
