The "Show Below the Ribbon" functionality of the QuickAccess toolbar is no longer working in v10.4.1

To further clarify my post above, the end-user mouse clicks to the intrinsic "Show Below the Ribbon" menu item at run-time are ignored.
Interestingly, use of the .ShowQuickAccessBelowRibbon property via code works fine. |
